Welcome to Apollo at the Brunswick, where tradition in food and modernity in environment meet in a new, amazing setting. Apollo at the Brunswick continues the legacy of the original Apollo Restaurant founded in 1981 by Antonis Constantinou and carried on by his son Nick.

Apollo at the Brunswick aims to bring hearts together.  We’ve crafted a menu that honours traditional methods of cooking and serves great Cypriot Cuisine using only the finest produce. The spectacular open kitchen includes unrivalled charcoal grill facilities.

Private Dining

Apollo at the Brunswick has spectacular private dining spaces perfect for intimate gatherings, business lunches or special events. Apollo to whom the restaurant is dedicated has been recognized as a god of archery, music and dance, truth and prophecy, healing and diseases, the Sun and light, poetry, and more. His mythos is felt throughout the spectacularly decorated restaurant.
